We do not make the actual “ Real -Pop “ it’s factory made and sealed. We do not warrant their craftsmanship, the glue or the function of the actual product. Swappable phone grips are designed to be easily removed in the closed position for wireless charging and swap-ability. Be aware, that in the closed position it can come off, twist, and then fall off very easily. There is nothing I can do about this since that is the way it was made by the manufacturer.
